Photo Gallery

Please Note
If you intend to delete a file from the file manger then you must make sure that it is not selected in the Content Browser. If the file is selected in the content browser then first use the content browser to select another image or delete the entry. If you do not remove the link to the file you delete then the render process will not render you page correctly.

Adding a new photo.

  1. To add a new photo first upload the files in to the corresponding folder in the file manager.

  2. Next location the collection in the Content Browser. Double click collections, then double click Photos. Now Single Click the Photo Collection.

  3. Ensure that the photo collection is selected (highlighted yellow) then choose the template to add.

  4. Select Image Collection from the templates list and then choose Add Template. A new item will then be added to the list of items.

  5. Under the selected collection the items are listed with the new blank item at the end of the list. Select this new item and choose edit block. Now enter the details for the new item and choose write.

  6. Repeat this process to each new item to be added.

  7. Once you are finished you are ready to render the changes to the website.

Editing a photo.

  1. Location the collection in the Content Browser. Double click collections, then double click Photos. Now Double Click the photo Collection.

  2. You should now see a list of items within the given collection.

  3. Locate the item to be deleted. Single Click it and choose Remove Block

  4. Repeat this process to each item to be removed.

  5. Once you are finished you are ready to render the changes to the website.

  1. Location the collection in the Content Browser. Double click collections, then double click Photos. Now Double Click the photo Collection.

  2. You should now see a list of items within the given collection.

  3. Locate the item to be edited. Single Click it and choose Edit Block

  4. Now enter the details for the new item and choose write.

  5. Repeat this process to each item to be edited.

  6. Once you are finished you are ready to render the changes to the website.
